As a Front Desk Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will be a welcoming, highly visible presence while supporting access control, visitor assistance, communication, and security-related incident reporting. You will provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, helping to deter incidents through professionalism and attentiveness. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat: 04:00 PM - 11:59 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a healthcare location by following site-specific procedures and access protocols. Greet patients, visitors, staff, and vendors; verify credentials as required; and direct individuals to appropriate areas of the facility. Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor logs, issue visitor credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures. Support a welcoming healthcare environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and protecting confidential information. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
