As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.62 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon08:00 AM - 04:00 PMTue08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established financial institution procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity; report unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records in accordance with site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Experience using alarm panels is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
