Rate Range: $35 - $45/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive) Introduction We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team for a 6-month onsite role. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business partners to understand and anticipate their needs, translating them into IT requirements. - Experience in collaborating with business partners to understand and anticipate their needs.
- Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
- Knowledge of Customer Master Data Management domain.
- Proficiency in developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria, with experience using JIRA.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Exposure to Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CX, Oracle Fusion CDM, Oracle Order to Cash, Oracle AR.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans.
- Experience overseeing all stages of requirement implementation, including design and development phases.
- Collaborate with business partners to incorporate requests into the product roadmap.
- Groom and manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on changing requirements.
- Identify, create, and facilitate business and system process analysis and design.
- Provide program-level analysis, producing required documentation such as requirements, use cases, and UAT plans.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements.
