Our client is seeking a Specialty Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high-volume hiring environment. This position requires a strategic recruiting professional who can build strong partnerships with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, highly organized, and an effective communicator who can successfully manage competing priorities while influencing stakeholders across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across multiple business lines.Build and maintain candidate pipelines using various sourcing channels and recruiting tools.Evaluate candidate qualifications and present top talent to hiring managers for consideration.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on recruiting processes, policies, and market trends.Gather and communicate candidate feedback to refine recruiting strategies and improve hiring outcomes.Collaborate with business leaders, Human Resources, and Finance teams to anticipate future hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor by providing market intelligence, hiring recommendations, and process expertise.Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and timely experience.Educate candidates on career opportunities, organizational culture, compensation philosophy, and growth potential.Facilitate compensation discussions and support offer negotiations through acceptance.Drive process improvements and identify innovative solutions to enhance recruiting effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.Promote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to diverse talent acquisition strategies.
