Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Senior Accountant (Non-Profit) Responsibilities Monitor, process, and accurately post AP card expenses to appropriate GL accounts Record various journal entries and assist in maintaining the general ledger Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Prepare financial reports and schedules as needed Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Maintain organized financial records and documentation Assist in other accounting projects which includes cross collaboration with other teams in the Finance Department and help evolving our processes Manage workload efficiently by organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks in a timely and high-quality manner Represent the Finance team with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence Process, review, and upload payroll data in a timely manner. Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. 4+ years of accounting experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, results-driven environment.
