The Company is in search of a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to spearhead a pivotal finance function that encompasses enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive decision support. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global FP&A team, as well as overseeing revenue operations and sales incentive administration. This high-impact leadership role demands a commercially oriented finance executive with a proven track record in translating business performance into actionable insights, building scalable planning and reporting processes, and partnering closely with executive leadership. Key responsibilities include leading the FP&A function, driving a disciplined planning cadence, and developing and improving forecasting models and reporting frameworks. The role also involves leading a team of finance partners, ensuring strong financial partnership, and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. Applicants for the VP, FP&A position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership capacity. A strong background in commercial finance, particularly in a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technology, or recurring revenue business model, is essential. The role requires advanced financial modeling, analytical, and systems skills, as well as experience with a range of financial and reporting platforms. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications.
