About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic and Threat Intelligence to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of intelligence professionals in the identification, analysis, and prediction of risks, emerging threats, and regulatory trends that impact the financial markets. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of intelligence disciplines, the ability to develop finished intelligence products, and a proven track record in strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder engagement. The VP will also be tasked with overseeing the development and delivery of intelligence products, maintaining intelligence frameworks, and staying abreast of industry developments to ensure the organization is at the forefront of emerging risks and innovative analytical approaches. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for advanced degrees, and a minimum of 10 years' of experience in intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination. Expertise in the intelligence cycle, threat and strategic intelligence, and a strong knowledge of financial regulation and market operations are essential. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally, and a commitment to the values of the organization. The VP will also be responsible for people leadership, including talent development and fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
