Physical Therapy Dynamics is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team full-time in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Santa Rosa, California. This critical role focuses on helping patients restore mobility and achieve their highest levels of functionality through targeted therapy interventions. Work Environment

This position is fully onsite within a modern rehabilitation facility designed to promote healing and recovery. The atmosphere is collaborative and focused on continuous improvement, where therapists work together to share best practices and insights. Operating Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, the facility encourages a work-life balance while providing the highest quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, developing tailored treatment plans that include evidence-based interventions.
• Engage with patients hourly to provide one-on-one therapy, employing various therapeutic modalities to enhance their range of motion and mobility.
• Utilize innovative techniques to minimize reliance on medication, advocating for non-surgical alternatives that prioritize patient's overall health.
• Design and implement personalized exercise programs that address each patient's unique goals and needs, ensuring their journey toward improved health and functionality.
• Accurately document all treatments and patient progress using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, to maintain compliance and facilitate top-notch care.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care, discussing patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Motivate patients through educational support and encouragement to foster a positive outlook and commitment to achieving their health goals.
• Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes and adapt strategies to ensure each individual is receiving the most effective care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry best practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility caters to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals with orthopedic challenges, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will work closely with these patients, creating significant impacts on their recovery processes and mobility gains.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
• Current licensing as a Physical Therapist in the state of California with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design is essential.
• Hands-on experience using EMR software, particularly WebPT, to document patient progress accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to administer effective therapy techniques focusing on restoring patients' mobility and quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for the Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 75,000 to 95,000 annually , commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
