Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of resident needs to assess their physical capabilities and determine tailored therapy interventions.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans targeting specific goals such as strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, including manual therapies and modalities, to address specific physical impairments and promote recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with geriatric residents facing a variety of medical conditions affecting their mobility and overall health. Qualifications

• A current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, though a Master's or Doctorate is preferred for progressive clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Vital Motion offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal needs.
