We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedic care to join our dynamic team at the Blast Tech Spine and Joint Rehab Center. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients based on referrals from physicians to assess their physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient, ensuring alignment with medical directives.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercises, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, to facilitate recovery.
• Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers on exercises, safety measures, and recovery strategies.
• Exemplify exceptional customer service, maintaining a patient-focused approach in all interactions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and enhance patients' rehabilitation experiences.
• Achieve utilization goals and participate in documenting clinical outcomes as part of our commitment to quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients of varying demographics, treating conditions that range from post-surgical recovery to sports-related injuries. Your expertise will also extend to pediatric and neurologic patients, allowing you to utilize your skills over a broad spectrum of rehabilitation needs, thus enriching your professional experience.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is essential to practice.
• Two years of experience working in a physical therapy environment, focusing on orthopedics is preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from a recognized institution.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient computer and word processing skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
