Job Title: Content Creator(Social Media Manager)

Key Responsibilities

\n

Social Listening & Cultural Engagement

\n

\n
• Continuously monitor social platforms, comments, and cultural conversations to identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and engagement opportunities.
\n
• Translate social listening, community feedback, and cultural signals into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
\n
• Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure real-time insights influence content development.
\n
• Identify and execute timely trendjacking opportunities, determining when and how the brand should participate in relevant memes, trends, and conversations.
\n
• Engage authentically with online communities while maintaining the brand's voice and integrity.
\n

\n

Content Creation & On-Camera Presence

\n

\n
• Serve as a primary on-camera personality for new brand social media channels.
\n
• Conceptualize, create, film, edit, and publish original short-form and long-form content.
\n
• Produce platform-native content, including on-camera videos, voiceovers, and reactive formats.
\n
• Create content independently using self-shot and lo-fi production techniques.
\n
• Partner with agency teams on larger campaigns and higher-production creative concepts.
\n

\n

Social Media Strategy & Channel Management

\n

\n
• Develop and execute social media strategies and editorial calendars.
\n
• Launch and grow new social media channels from the ground up.
\n
• Own day-to-day social media engagement and community interactions.
\n
• Balance planned campaigns with real-time and trend-driven content opportunities.
\n
• Translate cultural insights and audience behaviors into actionable creative briefs.
\n
• Build brand relevance, community engagement, and long-term audience affinity.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications

\n

\n
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Content Creator , with a strong portfolio of original, platform-native work.
\n
• High proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or equivalent creative tools.
\n
• Experience with social media management and listening tools such as Sprinklr, Plot, or similar platforms.
\n
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera , including directing and producing self-shot or lo-fi content.
\n
• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone, humor, and messaging across platforms and audiences.
\n
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, community management, and engagement best practices.
\n
• Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, memes, and audience behavior.
\n
• Ability to respond quickly to cultural moments without compromising brand integrity.
\n
• Experience managing editorial calendars while remaining flexible enough to capitalize on real-time opportunities.
