Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, tailoring interventions to their unique needs.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative treatment modalities.

• Collaborate with a dedicated Admissions and Assessment team to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing case management.

• Participate in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to exchange ideas, discuss challenging cases, and enhance clinical skills.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health trends and continue professional development through free, online continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our organization focuses on serving adolescents and young adults who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. We prioritize building strong, therapeutic relationships with our clients, with a maximum of 8 clients in group sessions. This enables deeper interaction and a nurturing environment, making safe spaces for healing, exploration, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Must hold at least one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Junior-licensed individuals are encouraged to apply, as supervision will be provided.

• Availability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions or the capacity to work full-time (40 hours) for W2 positions, including some evening and Saturday availability.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
