Locations Kettering, Northamptonshire Salary £26,000 - £28,000 per annum Description Accounts Assistant Working within a finance team of five, you'll support the Financial Controller while becoming involved across the wider finance function - not just processing invoices all day. What You'll Be Doing Processing high volumes of purchase ledger invoices. Matching invoices against purchase orders. Processing supplier payments. Reconciling supplier statements. Managing employee expenses and company credit cards. Maintaining customer account records. Supporting both purchase and sales ledger activities. Working across multiple finance tasks within a collaborative team. We're Looking For Someone Who Has around 2-3 years of experience within an Accounts Assistant or Purchase Ledger role. Has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working accurately. Is comfortable working in a fast‑paced finance environment. Has strong Excel skills. Is studying AAT or would like an employer to support them through Level 4. Wants to build a long‑term career within finance. Enjoys variety and getting involved across different areas of accounts.
