Optum

Optum is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse in California to deliver high-quality infusion therapy in patients' homes and ambulatory infusion settings. The role requires an active CA RN license and at least 1 year of infusion experience, with duties including patient education, care documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
