Front of House Manager

Job Summary Front of House Manager – Front of House team member supporting employee cafés for the largest social media company in the world. Manage multiple cafés, provide customer service, and support kitchen staff as needed. Salary and Benefits Salary: $85,000 to $90,000 per year. Benefits include: • Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm, no weekends• Snacks and meals provided during shifts• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• 13 paid holidays• 401(k) with match• Vacation and Sick days Key Responsibilities Customer Service: serve as an ambassador and frontline representative, ensuring courteous, fast, and efficient service to guests and clients. Manage: oversee Front of House teams, schedule shifts, conduct performance reviews, investigate issues, and coordinate terminations. Handle employee relations and collaborate with HR. Hire: work with a staffing recruiter to select and onboard suitable Front of House staff. Report: create operational checklists and daily manager’s reports on staff issues, equipment repairs, inventory, training needs, and more. Communicate: effectively liaise with vendors, management, and staff to ensure smooth operations. Train: develop training programs aligned with company standards, coach staff, and discipline as required by company and kitchen policies. Safety: maintain a safe environment for customers and staff by implementing safety, sanitation, OSHA, HACCP, and public health guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years of experience in a food or customer service role. Strong communication, multi‑tasking, and problem‑solving skills. Sense of urgency and ability to work safely. Proven success in a previous management role. Active Food Handlers Card (California).
