Senior, Operations Specialist

Job Summary At WM, the Senior, Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues. Maintain and distribute department‑related information daily. Communicate with other supervisors and managers on operational matters. Maintain the office. Act as the proxy for KRONOS for all daily updates for drivers and helpers. Use Microsoft Suite and additional software tools to manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor. Assist with processing payments and other financial tasks as necessary. Assist in the implementation of operational projects as needed. Communicate with customers about service issues as required. Communicate with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (accredited). At least 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements). Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located. Pay The expected base pay range for this on‑site position is $23 – $25. This range represents a good faith estimate; the specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
