Our multidisciplinary team includes *occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and behavioral health services*, allowing us to deliver comprehensive, collaborative care under one roof.

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will:

* Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with children, families, and caregivers.
* Perform comprehensive evaluations using evidence-based practices and complete timely, accurate documentation.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Provide engaging, child-centered therapy sessions.
* Educate patients and caregivers on home programs to support continued progress.
* Document treatment sessions and monitor patient outcomes.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

Qualifications

* Degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).
* NBCOT certification, or eligibility to become NBCOT certified with a temporary license.
* Pediatric and sensory integration experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $44.34 - $53.40 per hour
