The center is equipped with the latest therapy equipment and technologies, enabling you to deliver tailored and effective treatments.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist at Phoenix Physical Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:Administering direct patient care in accordance with the prescription of the referring physician or authorized practitioner.Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patient conditions using standardized evaluation techniques.Developing individualized treatment plans that aim to achieve specific rehabilitation goals based on patient needs.Monitoring patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment programs to enhance effectiveness.Documenting treatment outcomes and patient progress in accordance with department policies.Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to team assessments and reviews.Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive management of each assigned patient.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a varied patient population including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgical procedures, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your role is vital in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and functional independence, with a focus on personalized care that adapts to their unique situations.QualificationsThe successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Current and valid California Physical Therapy license in good standing.At least two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in patient care.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a positive outlook and a collaborative spirit.Strong adaptability to change and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred ExperienceWhile not mandatory, candidates with experience in rehabilitative practices, specialty certifications (such as sports rehabilitation or geriatric therapy), and familiarity with electronic health record systems will be given preference.
