Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Burger Physical Therapy, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at delivering top-tier patient care:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, muscle re-education, and functional training, to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Guide and support patients through active and passive exercises, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhancing their daily life activities.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, ensuring understanding of therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide coordinated and quality care, contributing to interdisciplinary meetings to enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. Our clients span a wide age range, from young athletes to older adults. Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, or the equivalent foreign degree.
• A current California State License to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Compensation and Benefits
