Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement effective physical therapy interventions and regularly monitor patient progress to ensure they are on track to meet established objectives.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with relevant guidelines and organizational policies to maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, strategies, and lifestyle changes to promote recovery and prevent further injury.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Compensation and Benefits
