Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations and create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs, focusing on musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to guarantee a holistic, 360-degree approach to patient care, enhancing recovery outcomes.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic equipment and techniques in your treatment plans, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, post-rehabilitation care strategies, and effective at-home exercises to ensure long-term success following physical therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our streamlined Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to track patient progress and therapy effectiveness.
• Participate actively in case conferences, contributing your insights to enhance team discussions and patient management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with patients suffering from a variety of conditions related to musculoskeletal disorders and orthopedic injuries. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient demographic, providing care for individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain. Your expertise as a Physical Therapist will empower patients to regain their strength and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California, or eligibility for licensure.
• A minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to effectively treat a range of conditions.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills, with proficiency in manual therapy techniques that enhance rehabilitation outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Attractive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill set.
