Work Environment

The work environment at our Rehabilitation Center is collaborative and supportive. Your scheduled hours will be from Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing time for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and tailor treatment plans, focusing on achievable goals that foster patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the patient care team, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services, including manual therapies, exercise prescriptions, and modalities, while continuously monitoring patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies, therapeutic exercises, and the correct use of assistive devices to enhance home care effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize and manage caseloads effectively, assessing daily staffing requirements and coordinating patient assignments to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within the first month of employment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
