Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans targeting specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to treat patients across multiple specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that patients feel valued and cared for throughout their therapy experience.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic services directly in the patient's home when necessary, adhering to the physician's plan of care to promote effective recovery.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them to take an active role in health and rehabilitation processes.
• Achieve minimum metrics for patient utilization and contributing to the overall business goals of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and orthopedic issues. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (APTA or CAPTE-approved).
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy for California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to patients and their families.
• Proficient in using computer systems for documentation and communication purposes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and community stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and relevant clinical documentation software.
• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
