Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Body Balance Rehab, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, capabilities, and needs for tailored treatment plans.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and patient-centric, aiming for effective recovery pathways.
• Regularly reassessing patient progress through detailed analyses of clinical signs and symptoms, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and care plans, through our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Educating patients and their families about the therapy process, recovery expectations, and potential challenges, promoting informed decision-making.
• Collaborating with peers and interdisciplinary teams within the practice to coordinate care for individuals receiving multiple therapy services.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California, issued by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• A willingness to conduct evaluations and treatments, both in-person and via telehealth when clinically appropriate.
