Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments to determine the physical health needs of patients, designing personalized rehabilitation plans accordingly.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to enhance patient mobility and strength.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback to ensure optimal rehabilitation.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and address any emerging patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies to empower them in their healing journey.

Qualifications

• Must possess a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
