Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient to design customized treatment plans that include measurable goals and timeframes.
• Utilize a range of treatment methods, including manual therapy, advanced therapeutic exercise, and modalities like frequency-specific microcurrent.
• Prepare comprehensive clinical documentation and progress summaries based on tracked goals, ensuring clear communication with other medical professionals involved in patient care.
• Provide one-on-one sessions with patients, with a dedicated aide available to assist with transitional care and modalities.
• Engage with current and prospective patients through follow-up calls to enhance their recovery journey and encourage program adherence.
• Document patient progress meticulously within clinic hours, ensuring all necessary communication and paperwork is completed efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists primarily of active and motivated individuals aged 35 and above, including a diverse range of elite and professional athletes, along with young patients dealing with orthopedic conditions. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where motivated clients are encouraged to follow their home exercise programs and actively engage in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license to practice as a physical therapist.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a physical therapist, showcasing a strong background in manual therapy.
• Proven commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for enhancing clinical skills.
• Ability and willingness to educate and lead small group fitness classes, aimed at promoting community wellness.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or certification in Pilates, NAIOMT training, IASTM, and other advanced therapeutic techniques is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in managing vestibular and post-concussion patients, adding depth to our diverse treatment offerings.
