Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and training for daily living activities.
• Provide guidance and support for patients navigating their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they feel empowered and informed.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans, ensuring understanding and adherence to promote recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our service area encompasses a diverse clientele, primarily focusing on individuals seeking outpatient orthopedic care. From post-operative rehabilitation to injury prevention, you will work with patients of all ages, many of whom present with sports-related injuries, chronic conditions, and post-surgical recovery requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or equivalent foreign degree.
• Current California State license as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is highly desirable, especially with knowledge of current rehabilitation practices and modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and treatment plans efficiently.
