Senior Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic Care

Anderson Sport and Wellness is seeking an experienced and passionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation team in Anaheim, California. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience, a commitment to delivering high-quality care, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. This full-time position offers competitive compensation in the range of USD 100,000–120,000 annually, enabling you to focus on what matters most—your patients.

You will be working onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in the vibrant city of Anaheim, known for its health-oriented community and commitment to wellness. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to create tailored treatment plans aligned with their unique goals and timelines.

• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises, closely integrated with modern technology such as Normatec recovery systems and the Neubie by NeuFit.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment plans, ensuring communication with other healthcare providers is seamless and comprehensive.

• Conduct follow-up and new patient consultations, with designated time allotted during your shifts for patient communications, ensuring clear continuity of care.

• Provide education and resources to patients for at-home exercises and health management to maximize recovery and performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary clientele consists of highly motivated individuals, predominantly aged 35 and above, many of whom are athletes or have athletic ambitions. You will also interact with a select group of children and teens facing orthopedic challenges. The clientele's dedication to their health aligns perfectly with our treatment philosophy, leading to empowering outcomes and a fulfilling practice experience.

Qualifications

• A valid California state license for practicing as a Physical Therapist.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist or as a dual credentialed Physical Therapist/Certified Athletic Trainer.

• Extensive background in manual therapy, with a commitment to continual education and improvement.

• Strong interpersonal skills, driven by a genuine passion for helping clients reclaim and enhance their functional abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience teaching small group fitness classes for 3-6 individuals.

• Preferred specializations include Pilates certification, training from NAIOMT, and techniques such as IASTM.

• A background in treating vestibular and post-concussion patients is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
