Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities to create personalized rehabilitation plans in line with medical guidelines.
• Administer and adjust advanced and specialized therapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modality applications.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and facilitate optimal follow-up for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on physical therapy processes, treatment goals, and home exercise programs.
• Lead discussions during patient reviews and implement modifications to treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and progress.
• Train and provide guidance to physical therapy aides, assistants, and interns, supporting their professional development within the facility.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and conditions such as arthritis and sports injuries. Our diverse clientele includes individuals at various stages of life and activity levels, emphasizing a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation that focuses on individual goals and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid California Physical Therapy license is essential.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, specifically within orthopedic settings. Compensation and Benefits
