Work Environment

You will collaborate with a small but dynamic team comprised of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). The clinic fosters a collegial and collaborative environment, emphasizing teamwork and communication. Our core hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration while meeting the needs of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial patient assessments to recognize individual goals and challenges affecting their mobility and overall health.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour, ensuring that each individual receives dedicated attention and care.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing clients' range of motion, strength, and functionality.
• Reduce reliance on medications by presenting safe, non-surgical alternatives to pain management and rehabilitation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate advanced therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient.
• Design and recommend personalized fitness and wellness programs that support patient recovery and encourage a holistic approach to health.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to optimize engagement and adherence to therapy protocols.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and collaborative goal achievement.
• Document treatment services and progress meticulously, utilizing an electronic medical record (EMR) system such as WebPT for record-keeping.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly to adjust interventions and ensure ongoing communication with patients about their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily comprises individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We prioritize personalized care, enabling each patient to regain their independence and achieve their desired performance levels within a supportive environment. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to meet the evolving standards of care.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in California without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong background in manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation best practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist within an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Experience in formulating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient feedback and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
