Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities, diagnose impairments, and determine their treatment needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans aimed at optimizing mobility, improving strength, and fostering functional independence based on the unique needs of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of modalities, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, to address specific physical challenges faced by patients.
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal care and success.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies that reflect our commitment to holistic healthcare.
• Provide education to patients and their families about home exercise programs and strategies to maintain and enhance physical health post-therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on adult and geriatric populations, many of whom may be recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions. Our therapists use evidence-based practices to cater to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring personalized care that enhances outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
