Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at the Saddle Mind Rehab & Wellness Center located in Santa Ana, California. This full-time role is critical for helping our patients achieve optimal mobility and functionality as they recover from injuries and surgeries. Work Environment

Our center operates in a professional yet welcoming atmosphere where collaboration and teamwork are key. You will be joining a skilled team that includes two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant. Together, you will create a cohesive unit focused on patient recovery, making each day rewarding and impactful. Our typical workweek runs from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and set achievable therapy goals.
• Manage an efficient caseload, seeing one patient per hour, ensuring individualized attention.
• Develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans based on best practices and evidence-based protocols.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques to promote healing and improve functionality.
• Educate patients about their conditions, encouraging active participation in their recovery process.
• Document each patient encounter thoroughly, tracking progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and advancements in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting. This may include individuals recovering from surgery, sports-related injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. The aim is to enhance their mobility and functional abilities through targeted rehabilitation strategies. By providing patient-centered care, you will help empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly preferred.
• Valid and clean license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to efficiently manage patient documentation and scheduling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive, motivating patient experience.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work experience in an orthopedic outpatient clinic is strongly preferred.
• Background in developing and implementing wellness and fitness programs tailored to individual needs.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
