As a Solar Sales Representative , your job is simple:

Talk to homeowners. Introduce solar. Create interest. Schedule qualified appointments.

You do not need to design solar systems, explain complicated financing, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, or close the sale.

Our experienced Solar Consultants handle the consultation and closing. When an appointment you generate becomes a completed solar installation, you earn $1,000.

You create the opportunity. Our team closes the sale. You get paid.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners through field outreach, canvassing, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation methods
• Start friendly, professional conversations about solar and home energy solutions
• Ask basic questions to identify interested and qualified homeowners
• Schedule appointments with experienced Solar Consultants
• Follow up with interested homeowners
• Generate referrals and new sales opportunities
• Accurately enter lead and appointment information into company systems
• Follow company guidelines for qualifying appointments
• Represent US Power Solar professionally in the community

Your focus is not closing the entire solar sale. Your focus is creating the next qualified opportunity.

We Handle the Consultation and Closing

Once you schedule a qualified appointment, our experienced team takes over.

Our Solar Consultants handle:

• In-home and virtual consultations
• Solar system recommendations
• Financing options
• Product presentations and proposals
• Contract discussions
• Closing the sale

Our operations team then manages the project through installation.

You can concentrate on developing your sales skills, generating appointments, and creating more opportunities to earn.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity.

• Earn $1,000 for every qualified appointment that results in a completed solar installation
• Uncapped commission potential

Earnings Examples

• 5 completed installations = $5,000
• 10 completed installations = $10,000
• 20 completed installations = $20,000

Compensation is entirely performance-based. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary. Earnings depend on individual production, appointment quality, completed installations, and company payment policies.

No Experience Required

You do not need previous solar or sales experience to be considered.
