Solar Sales Consultant (Closer) – High Ticket | In-Home
Compensation: Commission Only | $150,000–$300,000+ Potential
Schedule: Set Appointments Provided
Experience: Sales Experience Preferred (Solar a Plus) About Housebuildr
Housebuildr is a performance-driven residential solar company built on structure, accountability, and elite execution. We don’t rely on luck or “hope marketing.” Our closers are supported by trained setters, proven systems, and strong leadership. If you can sell and want volume, this is the platform. The Role
As a Solar Sales Consultant (Closer), your only job is to close qualified appointments set by our field team. You will:
- Run pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments
- Present solar solutions clearly and professionally
- Build trust and guide homeowners through the decision
- Close contracts and submit clean deals
- Follow Housebuildr sales process and documentation standards
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
- Has in-home or high-ticket sales experience
- Is confident running appointments solo
- Can follow a structured sales process
- Is coachable and accountable
- Wants uncapped income and leadership opportunity
- Proven in-home solar presentation
- Ongoing sales coaching and deal support
- Admin and ops support post-sale
- Clear path into Team Lead or Market Director roles
- Paid per closed deal
- Fast installs = fast commissions
- Top closers consistently earn $15k–$30k/month
- No income ceiling
- Reliable appointment flow
- Clean installs and strong ops
- Clear expectations and standards
- Leadership that protects closers’ time and income
