Solar Sales Consultant (Closer) – High Ticket | In-Home
Location: Local Market (In-Person Appointments)
Compensation: Commission Only | $150,000–$300,000+ Potential
Schedule: Set Appointments Provided
Experience: Sales Experience Preferred (Solar a Plus)

The Role
As a Solar Sales Consultant (Closer), your only job is to close qualified appointments set by our field team.
You will:
Run pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments
Present solar solutions clearly and professionally
Build trust and guide homeowners through the decision
Close contracts and submit clean deals
Follow Housebuildr sales process and documentation standards
No cold knocking. No lead chasing. Just selling.
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
Has in-home or high-ticket sales experience
Is confident running appointments solo
Can follow a structured sales process
Is coachable and accountable
Wants uncapped income and leadership opportunity
Solar experience is a plus — sales skill matters more .
Training & Support
Proven in-home solar presentation
Ongoing sales coaching and deal support
Admin and ops support post-sale
Clear path into Team Lead or Market Director roles
Earnings
Paid per closed deal
Fast installs = fast commissions
Top closers consistently earn $15k–$30k/month
