What You Will Be Doing:

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will be responsible for keeping our units fully operational, move-in ready, and up to our standards at all times.

A typical day may include:

• Conducting inspections by overseeing move-ins and move-outs, evaluating cleaning quality, and ensuring every unit meets our standards.
• Preparing units with final touches to create a clean, welcoming, and ready-to-live-in space.
• Managing keys and handling basic maintenance tasks such as installing smart locks, replacing light bulbs, and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Running supplies and supporting maintenance or new unit setups as needed.
• Handling basic tech setups including WiFi, routers, and TVs, along with light troubleshooting.
• Providing general support wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.

• Strong communication skills across email, phone, and apps.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Schedule:

• Eight-hour shifts
• Daytime hours
