About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Supervisor to help lead day-to-day kitchen operations in our fast-paced, quick-service sourdough pizza concept. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside the team making pizzas, running stations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen. Our menu is simple, our systems are strong, and we focus on maintaining a clean, positive, and high-energy environment. This position is designed as a pathway into management for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas to company standards
• Work across all stations including pizza, pantry, and expo
• Support and help lead the kitchen team during shifts
• Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
• Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Team player who leads by example
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to learn

Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
