As a CNC Mill Operator, you'll play a vital role in precision metalworking. You'll work closely with the production team to operate and maintain CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality parts are produced efficiently and safely.


What You'll Do


As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for:


• Setting up and calibrating CNC machines, loading raw materials, and installing cutting tools.
• Programming and operating CNC equipment by inputting CAD/CAM files or editing G-code.
• Calculating and adjusting speeds and feeds to optimize machining processes.
• Performing quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications.
• Performing routine machine maintenance, clearing debris, and adjusting offsets to account for tool wear.


What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:


• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in CNC operation, manufacturing, or machine setup is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work in a hot industrial environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform basic math and measurement tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a safety-first mindset.
