Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the performance evaluation processes for interns, managing feedback and corrective actions as necessary.

• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments, providing guidance to optimize programmatic outcomes.

• Engage in routine audits and quality assurance measures to maintain compliance with documentation standards and agency policies.

• Participate in crisis management, offering clinical consultation during non-crisis and emergency situations through phone and in-person formats.

• Uphold a clean and safe work environment, promptly reporting maintenance or safety concerns.

• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the program director to support the overall effectiveness and integrity of services provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time role ranges from $80,000 to $122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
