Staffing Coordinator

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who works well with others, communicates effectively, and is willing to collaborate with managers and directors to ensure our members receive the support they need. Responsibilities Responding to call-offs and filling open shifts, including after-hours staffing needs. Participating in a rotating weekend on-call schedule. Monitoring staffing levels and overtime. Developing monthly activity calendars and monitoring program activities. Working closely with managers and directors to ensure adequate staffing for our members, including last-minute staffing needs and emergency placements. Experience The ideal candidate must be highly organized, structured, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should have experience managing schedules and staffing for an organization with 300+ employees and be comfortable making staffing decisions under pressure. Requirements Must have or must be able to obtain a level 1 fingerprint clearance card Must be at least 18 years of age or older Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass all required training Proud First Aid &CPR (Infant, Child, Adult) Article 9 Medication Administration Recognizing and Reporting Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Az Dreamteam
