Staffing SpecialistWe are searching for a motivated individual who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Staffing Specialist. This individual will support the Territory Manager by assisting with daily operations, including helping recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, ensuring our customers' open positions are filled, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, generating sales and more. Read on to learn more!Location: Phoenix, AZResponsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associatesNavigate multiple operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and staffing app – JobStackEnter inbound orders from new and existing customers into our systemProactively recruit new applicants and match them with our customers' open positionsProcess payroll for our temporary workers in a timely mannerPromote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mindPerform additional responsibilities as requiredQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferredCustomer service and/or sales experiencePossess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employeesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectivelyBasic knowledge in using Microsoft OfficeMust have access to reliable transportationSalary Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.We offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 15 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.Branch work environment with frequent customer interaction, constantly operating a computer, phone, and other office equipment.
