Salesforce Developer

Job Description

• Review and assess the existing Salesforce Field Service mobile and desktop flows

• Redesign and consolidate the separate mobile and desktop workflows into a single, unified data capture flow

• Update and optimize existing flow logic to support the new data capture process

• Perform testing and validation of all flow changes to ensure proper functionality and user experience

• Partner with the Salesforce development team to support implementation and deployment efforts

Skills and Requirements

• 2-5 years of Salesforce development experience

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce flows

• Experience creating, configuring, and supporting:

○ Custom Objects

○ Custom Fields

○ Validation Rules

• Experience testing, deploying, and supporting Salesforce enhancements and configurations

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Experience designing or optimizing data capture flows

• Salesforce Field Service experience, including Field Service Flows

• Strong process mapping and documentation skills

• Experience with Apex development, including classes, triggers, and test classes

• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Experience writing and optimizing SOQL/SOSL queries

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, or related Salesforce certifications
