Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Salesforce Developer on behalf of our client in Dallas, TX / Plano, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional with a strong background in Salesforce development, cloud technologies, and enterprise application integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners. Telecommunications industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and related technologies.

• Build and support custom Salesforce applications, workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and automation solutions.

• Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs to integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.

• Create scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, effort estimation, and iteration reviews.

• Develop unit tests and ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and automation best practices.

• Support deployment activities and change management processes using modern DevOps tools and methodologies.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.

• Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, testing plans, and implementation guides.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing enhancements and enterprise integration initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Platform development.

• Experience working with Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integrations.

• Hands-on experience with custom objects, workflow automation, reports, dashboards, and Salesforce administration.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful services, microservices architecture, XML, and JSON.

• Experience with version control and deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset/Gearbox, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Java, J2EE, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and hybrid cloud integrations.

• Experience with testing frameworks, code quality reviews, and CI/CD practices.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecommunications industry experience.

• Salesforce certifications.

• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

• Experience with AMPscript and marketing automation platforms.

• Knowledge of Maven, Postman, Eclipse IDE, and related development tools.

• Experience implementing large-scale enterprise Salesforce projects.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies and DevOps practices.
