The work

• Own day-to-day field service: installations, break/fix troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Partner with customers and provide technical sales support when needed.
• Communicate clearly with people from the shop floor to leadership.
• Act as a trusted, ethical representative of Ellison Technologies.
• Manage your service cases/projects and keep accurate customer records and technical docs.
• Assist with other related tasks as assigned.

Travel and territory

This is a local-territory role with approximately 50% travel (paid). It’s intentionally not a national “road warrior” position.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
