Multi-State Payroll Clerk - Detail-Driven & Compliant
Dashiell
Dashiell is seeking a Payroll Clerk to manage the timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll at our Houston offices. This role oversees regulatory compliance, tax calculations, and research of pay issues to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data.
Responsibilities include entering time data, auditing pay rules, preparing month-end GL entries, and generating division reports. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.
