Ladder Inspection Specialist - Urgently hiring in Columbia Eberl Claims Service: We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Ladder Inspection Specialists to join the Eberl team and support property claims processes by capturing high quality exterior imagery and documentation out in the field. This role plays a key part in assessing property damage by performing safe ladder based roof inspections and collecting accurate data for adjusters and desk reviewers. This position requires strong inspection skills, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to follow structured workflows while communicating professionally with insureds and team members. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspection Services (Observation & Documentation Only) Visually inspect roofs, interior rooms, or identified as areas of concern. Document observable interior conditions, including staining/discoloration, surface irregularities, warping or swelling, bubbling or peeling finishes. Conduct full perimeter exterior inspections. Clearly document any access limitations. Capture labeled photographs and prepared sketches with measurements when required. Capture clear photos and verify completeness. Submit documentation within required timelines. Do not comment on coverage, causation, or settlement.

QUALIFICATIONS
