As a remote telehealth provider, you will work in a flexible and supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance. Our practice schedules appointments during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for some flexibility to cater to patient needs. Our team collaborates seamlessly through digital platforms, maintaining open lines of communication to ensure cohesive patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify individual patient needs and formulate effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients in managing their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community connections and address prevalent mental health issues amongst clients.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and appropriate response measures.

• Educate clients about mental health disorders, various treatment modalities, and local community resources to empower their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
