Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior-level finance leadership experience, including a role as a CFO or equivalent executive position. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in assessing and improving finance department structures, workflows, and team effectiveness. Experience in leading operational change and a working knowledge of controllership and accounting operations are essential.
