Providing administrative support to the Tax Department, the full-time Tax Administrator will assemble tax return packages, manage e-file processing, and maintain relevant data in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Assemble tax return packages for client and government filings, including e-filings Manage and organize data using tax software and maintain tracking of extended returns Prepare tax engagement letters and assist with client onboarding into tax software Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a tax practice with a working knowledge of tax preparation Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; experience with tax software preferred Ability to work independently and exercise discretion without direct supervision Strong interpersonal skills and excellent client relations abilities Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and reliability
