Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Assistant

Job Duties Provide legal support to Personal Injury Attorneys and Paralegal Prepare outgoing Discovery Draft answers to all incoming Discovery Review incoming Discovery for complete answers and responses Draft appropriate Good Faith Letters and Motions to Compel Review court scheduling docket to ascertain the judges availability for scheduling various hearings File all Court documents that are required in the E-File portal Schedule Hearings, Arbitrations Trial, Mediations, and Depositions; and prepare the appropriate Notices Communicate with Opposing counsel to clear all scheduling dates Other Litigation duties as assigned Benefits $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Plus, potential for monthly bonuses

1. week paid vacation after 6 months
2. weeks paid vacation after one year
3. weeks of paid vacation after two years
