About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Sales to spearhead the growth of its enterprise sales organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a team of Enterprise Sales Directors, setting and achieving ambitious bookings targets, and establishing a robust sales process. This hands-on role requires the VP of Sales to be deeply involved in coaching the team, engaging with executive buyers, and personally driving the most strategic deals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of enterprise B2B sales experience, a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams, and a strong operational discipline in sales management. Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales include leading and developing the sales team, owning the enterprise sales number, and driving the execution of the sales strategy. The role demands a leader with a strong background in enterprise sales fundamentals, the ability to shape go-to-market strategy, and a hands-on approach to leadership. The candidate should be adept at using data and sales analytics to improve performance and have a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitive landscape. Experience in healthcare technology sales, particularly with complex platform solutions, and a familiarity with AI in sales processes are preferred. The VP of Sales will also be expected to partner closely with the executive team, marketing, and other departments to ensure the company's sales efforts are aligned with its overall business strategy.
